When you first boot up ARC Raiders, you'll be guided through a short tutorial designed to teach the fundamentals. Movement, shooting, breaching doors, and looting are all covered quickly. The tutorial wastes no time driving home one of ARC Raiders Coins the game's most important lessons: other Raiders are dangerous.

You'll experience this firsthand when hostile players ambush you during the tutorial. Unlike a real raid, however, defeat here isn't permanent-you wake up and continue learning. After reaching your first extraction elevator, you'll descend into Speranza and officially begin your journey.

Your initial living space is modest, resembling little more than a storage closet. Over time, this space becomes customizable and functional, reflecting your progress. You'll also meet vendors who provide quests, sell gear, and help guide your early progression.

Building Your Raider

Character customization in ARC Raiders goes beyond appearances. While outfits and cosmetics help define your Raider's look, your stats, gear, and loadout choices are what truly determine your success.

Every raid is a risk. Anything you bring with you can be lost, which makes decision-making critical. You'll need to balance running efficient builds with protecting your most valuable gear. Free loadouts can only take you so far-you'll eventually need to invest in weapons and stat upgrades that suit your playstyle.

Early stat allocation matters more than you might expect, and choosing the right weapons can dramatically improve your survival odds. Buildcrafting becomes increasingly important as ARCs grow deadlier and player encounters become more frequent.

Speranza Overview

Speranza is the heart of ARC Raiders. This underground city acts as your headquarters between raids and houses nearly every system in the game.

From Speranza, you can manage your Raider's stats, adjust your loadout, customize your appearance, craft and upgrade gear, interact with traders, and browse the in-game store. Navigation is streamlined, with menus cycling between key sections like your Workshop, Traders, Decks, and inventory.

Your inventory deserves special attention. The "Actions" menu allows you to dismantle, store, or otherwise manage ARC Raiders Items you bring back from raids. Just above your inventory stack, you'll find the option to expand your Stash-an essential upgrade that allows you to hoard more resources and prepare for future runs.

Learning how to efficiently manage Speranza is just as important as surviving topside.

Going Topside and Coming Home

Surviving a raid isn't just about combat-it's about knowing when to leave.

Once deployed, you typically have around 30 minutes to loot, explore, and complete objectives before you must extract. Each map offers multiple elevators or exit points, but not all of them remain available for the entire match.

At least one extraction route will stay open from start to ARCR Coins finish, but safer or more convenient exits may close as time passes. Timing your return is critical, especially if you're carrying rare ARCR Items or valuable materials.
