Diablo IV's Lord of Hatred expansion comes in with the sort of shake-up players usually hope for, then argue about for weeks. It's not just a fresh zone and a few flashy rewards. You'll replace plenty of pieces anyway. As the difficulty climbs, start paying closer attention to cooldowns, resistances, and bonuses that help your army stay active in longer fights.
